+Where do I go to get certified?

Being a mobile First Aid and CPR certification company means that the company provides training and certification in First Aid and CPR at locations chosen by our clients or their employer, rather than having a fixed location where clients come to receive training.

+How many students does it take to confirm a class?
Our policy for confirming a First Aid and CPR class requires a minimum of four participants and a maximum of twelve per instructor. This ensures that each participant receives individualized attention and instruction from our instructors.
+How long are your classes?

Our first-time certification class time is 4HR 15Min for 10 to 12 students.

Our first-time online and classroom blended learning certification class time is 45Min – 3HR 51Min for online and 2HR 30Min for in-person for 10 to 12 students.

Our recertification class time is 3HR for 10 to 12 students.

+What are the hours of your class?
Our First Aid and CPR classes are offered Monday through Friday in both morning and afternoon sessions. Our morning sessions run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, while our afternoon sessions run from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
+What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, our staff is available to answer any questions, schedule appointments, and provide support to our clients. If you need to contact us outside of these hours, please send us an email and we will respond during our next business day.
+Can I be sued for providing emergency assistance?
Generally, the Good Samaritan Act protects individuals from being sued for unintentional harm caused while providing emergency assistance. However, it is important to note that there may be exceptions to the law and you should always act within your level of training and ability.
