We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your enrollment in our First Aid and CPR certification course. If you need to cancel your enrollment, we offer refunds in accordance with the following policy:
If you cancel your enrollment at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the course, you will receive a full refund of your course fees.
If you cancel your enrollment less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the course, you may not be eligible for a refund. However, we will make every effort to reschedule you for a future course at no additional cost.
To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of your refund request.
Please note that our refund policy applies only to cancellations made by participants. If we cancel a course for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your course fees or you may also choose to reschedule for a future course at no additional cost..
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
